I feel that says a lot about Mystic Lake as an employer. You usually see an employee here or there that is unfriendly-but I can honestly say that every employee we interacted with was a professional. I was impressed that every single staff member, from front desk, housekeeping, bell hops, servers, spa staff, and other folks were SO customer service oriented, friendly, and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Mystic Lake.
